Job Description
Organizing and delivering classroom lectures to students in an innovative manner
Evaluating students class work and assignments.
Preparing classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts.
Recording and maintain accurate student attendance records and grades.
Monitor progress of students
Effective use of ICT in teaching
Effective Classroom management.
Developing English lesson plans in sync with the National Curriculum.
Maintaining discipline in the classroom.
Creating a vibrant teaching atmosphere
Advising student on career issues.
Update self on current issues
Facilitate library usage as required
Developing students ability to think and be creative
Ability to teach correct sentence structure, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and literature, Including creative composition such as prose, poetry, short stories, narratives and also technical writing skillswhich include news articles, reports, journals, and essays.
Bea part of the Editorial team in school
Be an Active Ambassador in promoting English language in school
Organize / help to organize exhibitions and outings
Attend and participate in official events.
