• To audit CE Advocates using Soft Skills Audit form
• To provide one on one coaching
• To conduct team huddle and to facilitate VOC talk
• To present progress report and coaching logs to team leaders
• To identify trends and opportunities related to Communication skills that affect NPS
• To present to the partner cluster the common trends and opportunities on Rep Comms during month end NPS meeting
• To attend NPS Biweekly Insights Meeting
