Uberis looking for brand new Uber Experts to help build our UberGreenlight hub, our in-person location for Uber drivers! WHO YOUARE We are looking to build a team of rock stars. We need peoplewith strong communication and problem-solving skills, who dont shyaway from in-person interactions. The Greenlight hub is used tosupport and educate our Uber partners as they grow their businessof being an Uber driver. Youll be expected to help onboard newdriver partners, provide exceptional support, and quickly adapt inan ever-growing business. Working with Uber is a great opportunityto work with a top-notch Operations team and deep dive into Ubersday-to-day-operations. You have retail or customer serviceexperience and are an effective communicator with the ability tointeract with partners. You have a passion for helping andempowering others, and are good at quickly and efficientlytroubleshooting problems. And if you dont know the answer, you knowwhere to look and who to ask. You are personable, highly organizedand a patient teacher. You are self-motivated and a great teamplayer. And youre an Uber evangelist! This is a temporary, contractrole with the potential for extension. WHAT YOULL DO: Deliver5-star, in-person support for our partners. Walk new driversthrough onboarding and all the tools to be successful Uber drivers.Resolve driver issues and questions. Help brand the Uber name andget drivers excited. Stay on top of Uber processes and tools. Workwith the Driver Operations team to streamlineprocedures.
