• Location: New Alipore, Kolkata – 700053

Roles And Responsibilities

• Daily 50-60 calls Handling outbound calls and Solving customer queries through sales force ticketing tool.
• Solving 20-30 queries through emails regarding Paytm mall Products Delivery issue, empty cases, Damage/Defective Products.
• Handling Escalation issues with proof of damage, Not working, Defect Images, Arranging pickup and Delivery of the product.
• Replacement of the products also done and All kind of escalation related issues handled.

Requirements

• Excellent English Communication Skills and writing skills
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in outbound calling
• Having experience in B2B
