We are looking for an experienced Senior Learning Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
The key point of contact for learning initiatives within the project
Outline trends and areas of opportunity in order to enhance the team’s performance
Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skills, and knowledge gaps and identify training needs
Effectively develop and manage project plans through setting effective expectations, play a key role in communication and implementation of the required steps
Communicate with stakeholders on relevant information and provide visibility on learning progress and priorities
Design, develop, facilitate and implement blended learning solutions that address individual and organizational needs, aligned with business processes and systems.
Contributes to the further development and improvement of the Project’s training programs by effectively communicating with the key stakeholders.
Analyses the metrics for all available training programs in order to identify improvement opportunities such as the need for refresher training sessions, and additional types of learning initiatives and suggest improvements to the current structure, format, and methodology
Transfer of knowledge and support of the L&D team members through active mentoring and coaching
Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs through performance metrics
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the L&D field
Previous experience in the L&D field
Advanced knowledge of the full learning cycle: Needs analysis, development, design, delivery, evaluation
Experience in instructional design using MS Powerpoint/Google Slides, Articulate 360, Miro, or other authoring tools
Up to date on learning trends, practices, and methodologies
Excellent facilitation, listening, and coaching skills
Experience in designing evaluation strategies
Experience in working with Data Studio, Google Sheets, and MS Excel
Experience in evaluation of the training success following the Kirkpatrick Model
Competencies:
Fluent verbal and written command of English
Fluent verbal and written command of Arabic/German/French/Italian/Russian/Turkish language will be considered a very strong advantage
Strong knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Strong knowledge of modern enterprise video communication channels: Zoom/Webex/ Hangouts Meet.
Good communication skills (having the ability to influence and coordinate efforts with all levels and groups within the organization)
Ability to communicate clearly and influence others
Outcome orientated with a high level of accountability and ownership
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of current best practices in online education, delivery methods, and approaches, technology tools, quality control, and metrics.
Ability to focus under pressure and work under deadlines
Ability to work as part of a big and diverse team
Advanced proficiency in working with Learning Management Systems
