RIVARRA #hiring Commercial Training Manager!

We are looking for a passionate and experienced training manager who is a subject matter expert on developing sales training content and delivering on-the-job as well as classroom training to the team pan India.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and enhancing the selling skills to help build an effective sales organization.

Our ideal candidate should have demonstrated success in developing and delivering training programs, working closely with stakeholders to assess and support the sales team, and in designing scalable learning systems that also contribute to commercialization through analytics.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Graduate in any discipline, from a reputed Institute/ University ( Preferable disciplines are B. Pharm, B. Sc or an MBA)
2. Minimum of 9-12 years of industry experience in a sales/ SFE/ marketing or training role
3. Mandatory experience and successful track record in developing and executing successful training programs.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.
5. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
6. High organizational savviness and time management skills.
7. Meticulous attention to detail.
