Responsibilities:

Minimum 1 year experience required.

Fresher with excellent verbal & written communication.

Explaining the services to customers.

Keeping track of regular work records.

Customer follow-up and feedback – emails/phones.

We are looking for experienced female candidates only.

Candidate should have good computer working skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Mail, etc.

Pleasing personality.

Excellent team player.

Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Handling queries and emails of clients and replying effectively and communicating with clients through email and telephone.

Salary is not a constraint and it depends on communication skills and other computer skills.

Experience required for the job: Fresher or 1 year and above in any field.

Pay: ₹8,326.00 – ₹26,308.00 per month
