Education Counsellor Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate

Candidates’ age must be Age: 25+ years

A Master’s degree in counseling may be advantageous.

Minimum of 4 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field.

1. Knowledge of need identification and creating urgency.

2. Call on cold database and generate the leads apart from the company-owned leads.

3. Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students’ problems and developmental needs.

4. Excellent active listening and communication skills.

5. Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality.

6. Focus to achieve the company goal and can handle sales pressure

7. Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language.

8. Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.

9. Have experience in Sales background
