About your new role

• Counselling students and providing basic information and counselling over the phone regarding suitable programs.
• Making fresh calls, follow-ups, & feedback calls on the database provided. Education follow-up with the student, resolution of student queries and handling the enrolments.
• Leading a team of counselors working on the campaign. This includes regular monitoring of their performance, providing specialized training to their team, target setting and strategizing on ways to increase the registrations.
• Client Engagement – Updating the client on a daily basis about the registrations, review meetings and acting as a liaison between the counselling team and the client.

What makes you a great fit

• Minimum 18 months of experience in counselling.
• Strong in written and verbal communication.
• Candidates should have strong subject matter knowledge and willingness to guide students in shortlisting the University.
• Ability to adapt to an online counselling process and work with targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
