About Job Role

  • Work across entire gamut of HR processes such as performance management, learning and development, grievance handling, ER, Staff mobility/promotion and transfer to ensure consistency, transparency and fairness.
  • Work on effective assessment of staff to assist stakeholders in decision making.
  • Resolving staff complaints and enquiries effectively according to human resource policies, procedures and guidelines
  • Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders.
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal Staff.
  • Collects, monitors, reviews and analyses discussion results of staff while providing consultation to relevant stakeholders effectively and on time.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implements changes necessary to cover risks.
  • Deal with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.

What Makes You A Great Fit

  • Degree in Technology and Master degree in administration will be an add on advantage.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in human resource management, resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organizational diagnosis, performance management, Learning and Development.
  • Good analytical and Problem-Solving Skills and creative thinking skills
  • Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills.
  • Very good in presentation and communication skills.
  • Negotiation and internal relationship building.
  • High quality of attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively independently and in a team as required.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
