We are looking for a new principal to join our team and foster a healthy learning environment for our students. The Principal should be able to focus on developing and maintaining effective educational programs in College and to promote the improvement of teaching and learning in College.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to make quick decisions under pressure and have a comprehensive understanding of the university rules and regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are also important skills you should demonstrate as a principal.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Academic and Administrative work of the educational institute.
- Provide leadership, direction, and coordination.
- Incharge of Admissions in the College. Need to ensure the number of students admitted to College increases year on year and fee collected as per schedule.
- Spearhead NAAC, NBA Accreditation Process.
- Direct and manage the instructional program and supervise operations and personnel at the campus level. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service.
- Oversee compliance with State and University policies, the success of instructional programs, and the operation of all campus activities.
- Be responsible for the proper registration and transfer of students in the College and the maintenance of up-to-date student cumulative records.
- Correspondence/Liaison with the State Government/Board as required. Will ensure that all provisions of the Affiliation and Examination Byelaws and all directions given by UGC / Bengaluru University from time to time are strictly complied with.
- Promote the professional and academic growth of staff. Take an active role in the selection, planning, and implementation of professional development activities for the staff.
- Demonstrate professional, ethical, and responsible behaviour. Serve as a role model for all campus staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
- PhD Degree.
- Minimum 5 years work post-doctorate experience in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education preferred.
- Professor/Associate Professor with a total service/ experience of fifteen years of teaching/research/ administration in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Principal / Vice-Principal / Head of Department in Universities, Colleges and other institutions of higher education preferred.
- Well versed with NAAC, NBA Accreditation Process.
- Excellent communication skills, administrative capability and leadership quality are essential.
- Desire to keep oneself updated with the latest happenings in the field of education.
- Proactive and ready to shoulder responsibilities
