We are currently putting together a team of psychology experts to offer guidance to parents and children through a variety of mediums and are looking for a Lead Psychologist to mentor and supervise the team while playing a big part in the development and realization of the Company’s long term vision and objectives. You will also guide a team of workshop developers to create insightful and engaging online programmes for both parents and children. Additionally, you will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish partnerships that thrive on synergy and add value to our offerings.

In the long run, you will be responsible for producing engaging quality content that speaks to our audience, boosting engagement with our brand and high levels of customer satisfaction that we want Parentry to be known for. This is a leadership role that will require high levels of motivation, passion and dedication towards excellence. If you have excellent writing and presentation skills in English, experience with counselling children and some exposure to leading or training a team, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing –

• Conduct 1-1 sessions to assess the emotional well-being of children

• Conduct Workshops/Webinar/MasterClasses for Parents and children on the topics related to the digital world and its influences on children

• Create content for webinars, FAQs for the support team handling the queries from children.

• Proofread, re-structure and edit articles, blog posts and marketing copy by content writers

• Create Standard Operating Procedures for counsellors and other team members to follow

• Contribute to our website and social media content

• Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content delivery

• Generate new ideas around industry-related topics

• Analyze demand for content, monitor web traffic and user engagement

• Identify parents and kids training needs through research

• Build workshop programmes and delivery methodologies

• Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals

• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results

• Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions

• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure their effectiveness and relevance

• Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in the industry

• Proven work experience as a Counsellor for school children in the age groups of 7 to 17

• Experience in training or team handling

• Masters in Psychology and a specialisation in child psychology

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English

• Some experience in designing training programmes and SOPs

• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques

• Sound decision making and organisational skills

• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences

• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
