We’re looking for a recruiter that’s very passionate about early-career hiring, has built programs, diversity & inclusion, and can help us scale as we build out our processes globally. As , University Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of Cohesity’s University Recruiting program, on-campus/virtual events, and overall hiring for tech/non-tech for both internships and new college grads. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a University Recruiting role.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Build and drive our end-to-end recruiting strategy for interns and new grads with a focus on leveraging relationships with student organizations, to nurture a diverse group of candidates with an opportunity to engage with Cohesity
• Focus on developing robust University relationships with targeted schools and cultivating candidate pipelines in key areas of our business
• Work with Talent Brand to build a strategy for getting our name out on campus through internal/external events, career fairs, hackathons, etc.
• Partner with Leadership on building an alumni network within Cohesity and other tactics to build our brand
• Grow our internship program strategy, working in tandem with University requirements and schedules
• Responsible for the intern experience from first point of contact to the extension of full time offers, including onboarding and summer engagement programs
• Own and develop processes to elevate our candidate experience across all intern and new grad hiring and will measure success and milestones along the way
• Serve as a trusted partner to educate hiring managers on hiring standard methodologies

What You Will Bring Along:

• BS degree or equivalent and 7+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with at least 4+ years of experience focused on building out University Hiring programs
• Proven track record of success in developing a University program from the ground up.
• Experience building an intern and new grad experience, including onboarding, engagement programs, feedback loops that influence planning, and marketing to interns before, during, and after their program.
• Experience in building a strong brand that enables a company to be seen as an employer of choice amongst the University students
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Accountability with a focus on driving outcomes
• Ability to multi-task and adeptly prioritize
• Passionate about building teams and cultivating a best in class candidate experience
• Adept at building and managing relationships with leadership, key stakeholders, external partners and candidates
