Qualification:
- Experience in delivering classroom training in Digital Domain for >2 years
- Graduate in any discipline & certification in Digital marketing
- Strong troubleshooting experience within Platforms (DV360,SA360 and Campaign Manager) or similar industry
- Strong understanding of Google Ads Platforms (Platforms DV360, Platforms CM, Platforms SA360, Platforms Billing, Platforms AB, Platforms Studio).
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing such as campaign types, campaign troubleshooting, account optimization etc.
Skills:
Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills to help students address common issues around campaign troubleshooting / optimization they may encounter in their digital marketing efforts.
Empathy and Patience: Empathy towards students’ learning challenges and patience in guiding them through the learning process. Match and understand the unique learning pace / style of the trainees in order to enhance the learning experience.
Creativity and Innovation: Encourage trainees to think creatively and come up with innovative learning strategies that can help the batch excel in their troubleshooting skills.
Analytical Skills: Understanding data and analytics and should be able to interpret data and metrics to evaluate the performance of campaigns and strategies.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Should be adaptable and willing to learn new skills, tools, and techniques in Digital marketing domain. Updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and is able to effectively upskill the teams on any new strategies or product changes.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective delivery of complex digital marketing concepts. Must have strong facilitation skills and be able to effectively lead training batches
Teaching and Presentation Skills: Ability to create engaging presentations, develop course materials, and deliver effective training sessions or workshops. This includes structuring content in a logical manner, using available tools effectively, and engaging with students to ensure comprehension and retention of the material.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Designing and developing training programs and courses that cover a wide range of topics within Google Ads. Ensuring curriculum design is comprehensive, up-to-date, and tailored to the needs of the target audience.
Batch throughput: Ownership to ensure batch throughput target is achieved
Hands-on Demonstrations: Providing hands-on demonstrations in the training environment on digital marketing tools and platforms to help participants gain practical experience. This may involve setting up accounts, running campaigns, analyzing data, and optimizing strategies in real-time.
Support and Coaching: Offering personalized support and guidance to participants to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals. This may include one-on-one coaching sessions, feedback on assignments, and additional resources to supplement their learning during the training period.
Inculcating customer first mindset: Should be able to impart a customer first mindset in the trainees through examples, experiences & multiple sessions.
Owner of Nesting Performance: Creating war room, clearing doubts and providing refreshers during OJT period for the batch to get an experiential learning
