The Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs for students and professionals. The Trainer must possess a deep understanding of technical concepts and be able to convey them effectively to learners with varying levels of technical proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and deliver technical training programs that align with the company’s objectives and meet the learning needs of employees.

● Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs that address those needs.

● Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other supporting documents.

● Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to ensure that training programs remain relevant and effective.

● Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to ensure that training materials are accurate and up-to-date.

● Monitor and evaluate learners’ progress and provide feedback and support to help them succeed.

● Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure that training programs align with the company’s talent management strategy.

● Manage training-related administrative tasks, such as tracking attendance, maintaining training records, and preparing reports.
