Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of India’s largest online coding EdTech companies. With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain. Roles and responsibilities I am getting in touch with the candidates and clearing their doubts.
Coordinating with the candidates who have applied for the opportunities. Coordinating with the Key Account Managers about the ongoing processes and other placement-related queries. Work on the company’s internal and external dashboards
Coordinating with students, and external stakeholders, and working with spreadsheets
Building and maintaining relations with students, resolving their placement and other related queries while keeping the company’s aspirational goals in mind.Who are we looking for?Data-driven and analytical mindset is a must
Must have a good understanding and hands-on experience in google sheets (advanced functions like fetching data from another sheet, V/H-lookup, sorting and organizing data, and so on)Someone who has a tremendous sense of ownership and can work independently.Great communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with different teams.Always ready to push boundaries and can predict and mitigate risks.Has analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
