Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- New business development to get tech & product companies for their Tech Recruitment
- Source new relevant openings through inbound, lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn & various other job portals
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects across India
- Collaborate internally & externally for scheduling interviews for candidates
- Build strong client relationships to get repeat business
- Assist and manage the Sales Development / Lead Generation process
Skill requirement :
- Strong Business Development (B2B) experience
- Minimum of 1-3 years of overall experience
- Prior experience in Recruitment or Hiring is a plus
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
- Has good listening skills
- Proficient with LinkedIn and other networking tools
- Highly confident and outgoing individual
- Experience with top recruiting agencies, channel sales of hiring portals, etc. will be an advantage
- Familiar with coding language/terminology a must-have, (preferably B.tech, CS background)
