Key Responsibilities:

  • New business development to get tech & product companies for their Tech Recruitment
  • Source new relevant openings through inbound, lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn & various other job portals
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects across India
  • Collaborate internally & externally for scheduling interviews for candidates
  • Build strong client relationships to get repeat business
  • Assist and manage the Sales Development / Lead Generation process

Skill requirement :

  • Strong Business Development (B2B) experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of overall experience
  • Prior experience in Recruitment or Hiring is a plus
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has good listening skills
  • Proficient with LinkedIn and other networking tools
  • Highly confident and outgoing individual
  • Experience with top recruiting agencies, channel sales of hiring portals, etc. will be an advantage
  • Familiar with coding language/terminology a must-have, (preferably B.tech, CS background)
