A little bit about us:
Founded in 2016, Coding Ninjas is one of the largest online coding EdTech companies in India. Imparting knowledge is of utmost importance to us and it is our mission to bridge the skill gap between colleges and industry. We teach 50,000+ students annually through our online platform with an aim to help college students and working professionals upskill themselves for rewarding employment prospects.
Coding Ninjas was founded by Ankush Singla, Kannu Mittal, and Dhawal Parate, dawning from an educational background of IITs and Stanford who bring onboard their rich working experience in companies like Amazon, Facebook, Cars24, and other top startups in India. As pioneers in EdTech, we are continuously working on curating student-centric learning programs and are progressing towards becoming the de facto coding education company in India.
The company has raised more than 22 Million USD to date and is a subsidiary of InfoEdge (Naukri.com, IIMJobs, Jeevansathi, etc.) with the latter, acquiring a majority stake in Coding Ninjas.
With our exhaustive learning programs, 1:1 mentor support for effective doubt resolution, and over 400+ doubts being resolved per hour, our focus lies on crafting learning experiences that equip candidates with learning, application, and demonstration of capabilities in the software development domain.
Responsibilities:
- We are looking at a resourceful go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset. The person should have the ability to manage a team and think strategically to align with the company’s objectives.
- Drive high-impact analysis of internal and market data to generate insights that support our leadership team’s strategic planning and prioritization.
- Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to track performance to plan and keep track of progress made.
- Ownership-driven role where you are required to take complete ownership of the targets assigned and optimize all operations in order to achieve those targets
- Should have strong problem-solving abilities to identify/solve complex problems while working on GTM for existing/new product launches.
- This data-driven role calls for the unique combination of thoughtful analysis, creativity & interpersonal ability to develop strategies, define and launch exciting new initiatives, and to share ownership of the strategy and operational performance
Required Skills:
- 2-7 years of Experience having worked across strategy/growth projects
- Excellent Verbal/Written communication with interpersonal skills
- Should be great at stakeholder management
- Should have a knack to build rapport and convince people (Negotiating Capabilities)
- Basic SQL to extract data for analysis and report creation.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress/Elementor preferred but not mandatory
