Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Full-time placement and internship function of the Company.
• Crafting and executing the strategy to achieve KRAs.
• KRAs will be in driving quality (premium jobs) and quantity (high placement ratio) in placements.
• Building strong relationships with Product Companies, SIs, Startups etc.
• Self-driven individual keen to impact areas of Diversity and Talent Pipeline for the Industry.
• Build and manage a strong placement team.
• Provide market-driven insights for program development, enhancement, and improvements.

Experience and Skills:

• Work Experience in Engineering Colleges, Universities or EdTech will be Preferred.
• Experience in managing premium placements at scale will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of modern Digital and Social Marketing platforms.
• Sales experience is not eligible for the role
