Why are we here :

The consumer experience team of Coding Ninjas is looking to hire full-time associate program managers (APM) who will be responsible for the entire operations and performance of the batches. This role is an excellent opportunity if you are interested in creating an impact in the technical ed-tech space and can adapt to a fast-growing startup environment.

The Associate Program Manager is responsible for supporting the Program manager with all program management activities.

1. ● They will provide support to ensure that deliverables meet the customer’s requirements in a timely and effective manner.
2. ● Assists with the management of larger PM assignments by performing assigned tasks and managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
3. ● Develops planning of customer deliverables to include research, analysis, writing, document review, or task management
4. ● Closely monitors his/her assignments and ensures successful and timely completion of project tasks and responsibilities.
5. ● Works closely with growth, admissions, tech, and product team to scale the program.
6. ● Manages a team of batch managers, monitors team progress, and reports questions or concerns on a timely basis.
7. ● Understanding data and drawing insights to drive decisions around placement projections in batches, content completion, the activity level in batches, etc.
8. ● Responsible for process creation and streamlining of new/existing processes; leading to operational efficiencies.
9. ● Manages one or more smaller-scale PM assignments.
10. ● Performs additional duties as assigned required to contribute to our continued growth.
