Education Academic Counsellor Sales:-
1.Tele calling and regular following up with the students/parents.
2.Ability to work under target & sales pressure
3.The candidate should be able to work within a team.
4.Reinvent ways of pitching to candidates and closing the sales on calls.
5.Make them understand the need and purpose of the Online Tuition Classes.
6.Proficient in MS Office. A lot of work would be data driven and would require maintaining reports.
7.Should be well versed with English and Hindi.
8.Ready to stretch limits to achieve goals.
9.Excellent communication and selling skills are mandatory.
