Job Description
- Conducting the following Trainings for new joinees:
Systems training (POS & AS400)
– Product Training
– Soft skills & Behavioural training.
- Coordinating with various brands to conduct training at store as per the convenience of store employees as well as Brand trainers.
- On floor evaluation and feedback from employees regarding the difficulty faced in selling and the kind of training required.
- Preparation of Product related modules.
- Preparing MIS for all the trainings conducted by the trainers as well as the brands.
Preparation of training calendar for all the stores handled by the trainers.
