Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for Design and Implementation of a structured TNAS (training need analysis) to derive a Training Plan / Calendar for the resorts.
2. Responsible for the Design and Implementation of Management Training programmes.
3. Interact with all the concerned in Resort Corporate and Resort Managers/Department Heads on training requirements and ensure delivery of the same.
4. Develop Training and Assessment evaluation methodology.
5. Liaise with different departments for smooth and coordinated for maintaining the robustness of a Departmental Training Champion system.
6. Maintain metrics that contribute to success of the function.
7. Assist Corporate Training in conducting timely Assessment Centres and Development Centres and include the outcome in the Training Plan.
Skills Required:
1. Must have 6-9 years of rich experience in designing training modules, ramp ups, hiring, and maintaining training output.
2. Prior experience in Planning & forecasting of Organizational Training Needs.
3. Strong communication Skills (Written & Oral).
4. Broad understanding of service-based operations.
5. Familiarity with usage of Training Tools.
6. Ability to accept responsibility.
7. Self-confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity.
8. Ability to enhance organizational performance.
