Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities

• 2-5 years’ experience in ServiceNow as Developer
• Very Good Technical Knowledge about the platform
• CSA Certified (Mandatory)
• CIS – ITSM, CIS – CSM, CIS – ITOM, CIS – VR or CIS – SIR (Preferred)
• CAD (Preferred)
• Implementation experience on ITSM, ITOM, CSM, GRC or SecOps

Modules: Discovery, SAM, HAM.

Job Description:

• Designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications
• Working with clients to understand their needs
• Designing and building solutions
• Implementing and testing solutions
• Providing support and maintenance for the solutions they create
• Analyzing and providing solutions to technical problems escalated from the Service Desk
• Participating in the agile development process utilizing the SCRUM module in ServiceNow
