We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, detail-oriented manager for our Support Learning Team…a team passionate about helping drive the knowledge and success of our technical support team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to manage the process of designing, building and executing learning strategies and programs, and e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more.
The Learning Manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day learning and development (L&D) activities within the Technical Support team. This role will coordinate all L&D activities within Support. Activities include managing the L&D Specialists and regularly interacting with our Support employees and their managers. You should be a friendly, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Develop and implement a learning strategy and program that are aligned with the Support Team’s objectives
Develop an excellent understanding of the various Support teams and their specific training requirements
Embrace and implement various types of training necessary for a global team
Design and produce training materials, including e-learning courses with the assistance of the Support Learning team
Assess the success of the development plans and modify where necessary
Collaborate effectively with other relevant stakeholders
Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies
Qualifications:
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful Learning team (2 years minimum experience) and a true desire to see your team develop and succeed
Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses
Familiarity with e-learning platforms (Degreed a plus)
Ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees and managers
Possess strong analytical ability
