#urgenthiring Centre Manager for a Clinical Research Training Education Institution responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the centre. Ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs, maintaining industry standards, managing staff and resources, and cultivating relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development and Implementation:
1. Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop curriculum and training materials that align with industry standards and requirements.
2. Oversee training program implementation, ensuring effective content delivery, assessments, and evaluations.
3. Continuously assess and update training materials to reflect the latest advancements in clinical research practices.
Operational Management:
1. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
2. Monitor the overall functioning of the institution, including scheduling, facility management, equipment maintenance, and inventory control.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements relevant to clinical research training.
Staff Management and Development:
1. Recruit, train, and manage qualified instructors and administrative staff.
2. Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff, fostering professional development and ensuring institutional policies and procedures adherence.
3. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies to enhance staff performance and engagement.
Student Support and Success:
1. Oversee student admissions and enrollment processes, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Implement student support services, including academic counselling, mentoring, and career guidance.
3. Monitor student progress and performance, provide intervention and support as needed, and facilitate a positive learning environment.
External Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Cultivate relationships with industry professionals, regulatory bodies, clinical research organizations, and other relevant stakeholders.
2. Collaborate with external partners to identify internship and job placement opportunities for students.
3. Attend conferences, seminars, and industry events to stay updated on clinical research trends and foster partnerships.
Financial Management:
1. Develop and manage the institution’s budget, ensuring financial sustainability and efficient resource allocation.
2. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cost-effectiveness of training programs.
3. Identify funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships to support the institution’s growth and initiatives.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
1. Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards relevant to clinical research training.
2. Implement quality assurance processes to assess training effectiveness, student outcomes, and overall program quality.
3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, healthcare administration, education).
· Prior experience in clinical research or clinical research training, with a solid understanding of industry practices and regulations.
· Experience in educational administration or management, preferably in a healthcare or life sciences education setting.
· Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
· Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
· Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
· Familiarity with regulatory bodies and standards in clinical research, such as ICH-GCP and FDA guidelines.
· Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
· Proficiency in relevant software and learning management systems.
