Role Summary – As a JuniorMBA facilitator for Clever Harvey, you are expected to make learning fun & interactive by making use of concepts, challenges and real world case studies. Your objective is to ensure that student learning is not limited to the definition but exposes to a plethora of practical business world scenarios. The intent is to deliver content by creating a comfortable environment for the students where they can freely ask questions during/post session.

Key Responsibilities –

– Attend session delivery trainings, have in-depth product knowledge and take up tasks that add value to delivery of our products

– Facilitate smooth sessions for the batch assigned

– Login time should be 10 minutes prior to the session time, ensuring all the required files/videos, teaching content is up on the screen.

– Explain concepts clearly to students, answer their queries during/post the session to ensure complete understanding

– Establish an interactive and fun learning environment for students

– Conduct sessions as per pre-determined delivery format and guidelines, encouraging consistency in learning activities.

– Guide students on their projects leaving feedback on a daily basis during/post class – Document the final day feedback in the format provided right after the completion of the session

– Stay up-to-date with changing trends in entrepreneurship/technology/marketing to foster fun intellectual conversations with students

– Be receptive and available to seek post session feedback from the content creators/training manager

– Flag concerns related to product delivery, training needs, student concerns, etc. – Assist with any reasonable duties which may be assigned to you from time to time in relation to your sessions.

Compensation:

Facilitator: 10000/batch (1 batch = 15 sessions)

Number of hours required per week : 15-20 hours a week

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Early Childhood General Education Teachers: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
