2. Offering regular one-on-one counseling sessions, breaking down problems into manageable steps, and thoroughly outlining the fundamental ideas
3. Evaluating and implementing audio-visual equipment to promote interactive learning
4. Recognizing how students learn best and modifying teaching strategies to suit all sorts of learners
5. Observing each student, responding to their issues, offering comments, individualized direction, and counseling to hasten performance development
6. Maintaining a healthy and constructive learning atmosphere that helps students stay motivated to improve their performance and stay focused on their goals
7. Working with other department members, attending frequent meetings, and informing parents about their children’s progress
8. Staying up-to-date with contemporary exam patterns, trends, changing curriculums, exam schedules, etc.
