The Counselor/Centre Manager will engage with students to assess their interests and guide them about courses offered by the organisation.  To be a successful Centre Manager/Admissions Counselor, you should be committed to learning more about the students you work with and how they may benefit from our programs. You should be knowledgeable, resourceful, and supportive with strong communication skills. You should be good with Chasing Business Goals Center Manager/Senior Counsellor Responsibilities: 1. Assisting students in identifying their career choice, with Law being the primary focus. 2. Highlighting the benefits of law as a career, and courses in order to attract students and encourage them to join. 3. Staying current with school admission processes and requirements, school programs, majors, and courses, and developments in education. 4. Centre Management and Administration 5. Chasing monthly, Quarterly and yearly goals Counselor Requirements: 1. Graduate degree in any discipline. 2 Prior experience is preferred but not necessary. 3. Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong planning and people reading skills. 5. Ability to multitask and stay organized. 6. Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions. Required Candidate profile 1.
