The counsellor will be responsible to handle the enquiries with efficiency. She must be able to assist the students in their preparation of the competitive exams.

Required good speaking skills and a pleasing personality. She will be responsible for incenter sales, enquiry generation, follow-up, Student enrollments, handling dockets, ERP entries.

It also includes the customer service, parent interaction and grievance handling.
