Job Details:

The Special Education Teacher will be responsible for effectively collaborating with the student’s academic support team in order to compose Individualized Education Plans for each student on the caseload. The Special Education teacher will also be responsible for monitoring student goals and preparing quarterly progress reports.

• Full Time position
• Middle school students on the caseload
• The Job would require caseload management including academic and behavioral support, IEP’s, teacher consultation to support the students, behavior plans and FBA’s as needed.

Requirements

The candidate must also be able to provide proof of a teaching certification in Illinois.

The ideal candidate will be reliable and can collaborate with a team effectively.
