Housekeeping Trainer:
1. Design comprehensive housekeeping training modules based on NSDC guidelines and
industry standards.
2. Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training activities, attendance, and assessments.
4. Incorporate appropriate teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, role-plays, and hands-on activities, to facilitate effective learning.
5. Conduct practical demonstrations to showcase housekeeping techniques, best practices, and safety procedures.
6. Encourage trainee participation, address questions, and provide clarifications as required.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in the housekeeping field.
8. Continuously review and update training materials and content to reflect industry changes and emerging skill requirements.
9. Incorporate feedback from trainees, industry experts, and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.
