Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manages the academic requirement across the campuses in the city
• Ensures and raise the student’s satisfaction index and students performances
• Supports the business and marketing team with workshops and seminars
• Provide continuous support/feedback to teachers and mentor them to work towards improving their performance in classrooms.
• Ensures the course progress with timelines.
• Can help in Curriculum design, syllabus mapping.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Should have experience of team handling/should have worked as either academic head/Vice Principal/Principal/HOD/Centre Head
• Should have strong subject knowledge of Maths or Science syllabus upto 10th
• Candidates with minimum 5 yrs of teaching experience in Maths and Science of Std 6th to 10th will be preferred.
• Age should not be more than 42 years
• Have strong leadership skills and have manage at least a team of 20 people
• Be able to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications
• Be a self-driven quick learner and show adaptability to new concepts, tools, and technology.
• The show demonstrated the ability to multi-task and think creatively
• Be able to make learning easy for students from different backgrounds, regions, and boards
• Impeccable communication skills – verbal and written
