Cisco Hiring For Sales Acceleration Manager, Partner Managed Services – New Delhi at India Full Time

You will be responsible for driving the sales acceleration of Managed services created by our S/MSPs. You will have Specific (Managed Services) Partner(s) accountability.

You will work closely with the Segment Sales leaders, Service Creation BDMs, Regional Managed Services GTM office, S/MSP’s Sales leaders, and technical teams to effectively grow the MS sales with the MSP(s).

You will also work on executing sales acceleration initiatives, including marketing etc with assigned partners, to grow the managed services business.

Some of the key activities include:

• Developing and executing sales acceleration plans with Cisco sales (including SB TMs and country sales leaders) and assigned MSP(s) to to accelerate managed services booking. Though segment agnostic, main focus would be run rate business spanning SMB and mid market.
• Providing sales enablement, training, and support to the sales teams and partners to enhance their Cisco competency and capability
• Collaborating with the Cisco Enterprise account teams, SMB sales , Commercial sales , partner organization, and technical resources to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities. Depending on target segments of services created.
• Supporting Sales Forecasting, Qualification of Records process of Managed Services pipeline/funnel, where needed.
• Weekly/monthly reporting of pipeline and bookings of managed services
• Executing sales initiatives to drive programmatic growth of managed services.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of the APRS ( APJC Partner & Route to Market Sales ). You will report to the APJC Leader for Managed Services Sales Acceleration and Execution for Partner Managed Services. You will also interact with various stakeholders across Cisco, such as sales, engineering, marketing, operations, finance, legal, etc within APJC and Global teams.

Who You Are

You are a self-motivated and highly results-oriented sales professional with a proven track record of driving sales acceleration in the IT industry. You have strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. You will have had relevant Partner engagement experience. You have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You are able to work effectively in a matrixed organization and collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders. You are passionate about technology and innovation, and have a deep understanding of Cisco’s portfolio and value proposition.

Above all, you are passionate and motivated by driving sales growth with our MSPs and expanding Cisco’s wallet share with our MSP partners

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in sales and sales leadership positions, business development, in the IT industry
• 3+ years of experience working with Cisco solutions and services or equivalent
• Fluent(written and spoken) in English and local language, if different

The preferred qualifications for this role are:

• Experience in sales methodologies, processes, and tools
• Experience in networking, cloud, security, collaboration, IoT domains
• Cisco sales or technical certifications
• Partner Management experience
