Our Engineering team are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to provide electrical product engineering (EPE) support. EPEs will be responsible for keeping up to date Bill of Materials and track changes for a specific product or group of products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL). The candidate will collaborate with design (Hardware, Mechanical and Packaging), Sourcing, Supply chain and Quality functional teams to ensure timely and accurate Bill of Material release for NPI and sustaining products.

High Level Responsibilities:

·   Create and maintain Electrical portion of Bill of materials in PLM tools

·   Engage early with Component Engineering, Sourcing and Hardware engineering and influence on component selection, process efficiency, and design changes

·   Manufacturing. (Process) FMEA review; Design FMEA engagement and review

·   Assessing CM and supply chain technical capability gaps; Crafting, analyzing, and releasing product documentation

·   Maintain Sustaining products BOM up to date

·   Initiate and track changes, obtain approvals and release BoMs on time for implementation

·   Perform BoM gap analysis & BOM risk Management

Who You Are:

·   Associate Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with 1-2 years of related experience

·   Experience in Product lifecycle management & PDM (Product data management) is must

·   Understanding of system hardware architectures, design concepts and product development process

·   Experience with NPI and sustaining process, Engineering change and release management

·   Experience with BOM configuration and lifecycle

·   Experiences with Allegro, Valor and other manufacturing tools

·   Good analytics, decision-making and strong communication skills

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco pays at the standard rate of 1% of incentive target for each 1% revenue attainment against the quota up to 100%. Once performance exceeds 100% quota attainment, incentive rates may increase up to five times the standard rate with no cap on incentive compensation. For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
