Curriculum Development
 Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the education policies and framework prescribed by the govt. bodies
 Research and conduct need-analysis to determine the design of the curriculum
 Guide the team to develop curriculum content and resources as per the established
design
 Guide the team to create trainings and instructional videos, manuals for successful
implementation of the curriculum/ training programPlanning and Implementation of the project
 Prepare program design, project initiation, documents/equivalent and business case
in consultation with the program head
 Assist the program head to develop content, design and technology strategy for the
project
 Monitor overall progress of development and output of the resources
 Coordinate with support teams (internal and vendors)
 Raise alerts and flag concerns to avert quality issues and delays in the curriculum
deliverable

Quality Assurance
 Ensuring quality of the output in terms of both process and end product quality
 Managing quality gates and obtaining sign offs from program head
 Ensuring product innovation inputs into the content development and enrichment
process.
 Ensuring the originality of the content developed by the time

The Lead should be able to:
 Direct, mentor and motivate team
 Maintain an agreed project plan and detailed stage plans
 Tailor expert knowledge to meet specific circumstances
 Manage deployment of resources to meet project milestones
 Build and sustain effective communications with other roles involved in the project
 Apply quality management principles and processes
 Able to obtain the desired output in both quantitative and qualitative term from
distributed work force i.e. content developers
 Maintain MIS and task trackers s and submit the same periodically to reporting head

Qualification required
1. Bachelor’s in ECCE/ English/ Education
2. 3 years’ experience as a Lead
3. 8 years’ experience in the Field (Child Program – Anganwadi/ Private School / Govt Schools
Education programmes Content Development and teacher training
4. 3 years’ experience in e-learningEducator Programs
Master’s in ECCE/English/ Education
3 years’ experience as a Lead
8 years’ experience in the Field ( ECCE teacher training Institutes/English speaking institutes) – Content Development and teacher training
8. 3 years’ experience in e-learning
