Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• 2- 3 years (school experience preferrable)
• Any Graduate or Post Graduate
• Strong communication skills
• Handled school admissions
• Good coordination skills
• Front office manning

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Public relation activities.
• Handling telephonic inquiries and walk-in parents.
• Following up on online and offline admission enquiries.
• Managing and updating the database of prospective enquiries.
• Conversion of prospective enquiries by providing detailed and relevant information.
• Building relationship with parents and assisting them with queries in terms of the school and infrastructure and guiding them through the admissions process.
• Maintaining student database as per required standards.
• Assisting the parents before and after the admission process.
• Preparing and scheduling parent and student orientation programmes.
• Handling inbound calls and directing them to the concerned people.
• Following defined SOPs.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
