Required experience, skills and qualifications :

The applicant should:

· have bachelors/masters degree in any discipline from a recognized, reputable university preferably with NTT/ degree in Education.

· have minimum 1-2 years of experience in the related field.

· have knowledge of latest teaching aids & technology (digital content, smart board, etc) for 21st Century learners.

· be interactive, creative.

· be well versed with Curriculum or standards of teaching.

· be dedicated to student learning.

· have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· be able to understand the developmental characteristics, differences in learning styles and intelligence and adapt lesson planning and teaching appropriately.
