Summary/Objective:
The ‘Head / Manager – Human Resources’ is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of recruitment, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, and training and leadership development. The Head / Manager – Human Resources provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs to the Leadership Team and driving necessary plans across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Organizational Level Responsibilities
- Effective Manpower planning & Utilisation
- Modifying policy as per business strategies
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing all HR function
- Design and spearhead diversity and inclusion efforts.
Requirement
· Education Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent (Fulltime)
· Experience: 9 to 12 years
· Working: 6 days (Monday to Saturday) Sunday fixed off
· Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
