As a Chess Teacher at Pawnstorm Academy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students, guiding them through the complexities of the game, and helping them achieve their personal and competitive goals.Key Responsibilities:Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, and a love for the game.
Participate in academy events, tournaments, and workshops as required.Stay updated on the latest chess strategies, teaching methodologies, and industry trends to continuously improve your teaching practice.Qualifications:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages.Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and conduct lessons effectively.Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms is highly desirable.A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their potential.Compensation:This is a commission-based position.

Compensation will be based on the number of students taught and the number of hours committed. Teachers will receive a competitive commission rate per lesson, with opportunities for bonuses based on student retention and progress.
