Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Allied Faculty member to join our esteemed institution at the Bangalore campus. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education in management and accounts subjects to our hotel management students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops on management and accounts topics as per the curriculum requirements.
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans that facilitate active learning and critical thinking among students.
- Creating and delivering assessments, assignments, and exams to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Providing academic guidance and mentorship to students, including advising on career paths and educational opportunities.
- Incorporating industry trends, case studies, and real-world examples into teaching materials to enhance practical knowledge.
- Participating in faculty meetings, curriculum development activities, and other academic initiatives as required.
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain academic standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Previous teaching experience in management and/or accounts subjects at the undergraduate or diploma level preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
- Knowledge of current trends and developments in the field of management and accounting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
