We are looking an Experienced Candidate for the post of Branch Manager for our West Delhi Branch. Salary Negotiable.
Experienced Female Candidates are required.
Responsibilities and Duties-
- Achieving growth by keeping in mind current records and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the branches assigned to the concerned.
- Need to follow a strategic sales plan that expands the leads and ensures its strong presence.
- You will provide professional counseling in Registration, Guidance, Admissions / Resettlement, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.
- Managing objectives, setting goals, coaching, and performance monitoring of branch.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the team and understanding the needs of the marketing locally, learning how to compete with other agents. Daily Reporting to the Management with required, pertinent reports from time to time.
- Need to sit weekly in zoom sessions.
- After comparison with past numbers, must figure out present sales, and realistic forecasts to the higher management day-wise -month-wise. Regular growth patterns should be targeted. Required familiarity with CRM, every student’s record must reflect on CRM and can be maintained accordingly.
- Ability to evaluate branch and individual performances. Any manpower requirement must be informed in a timely manner with appropriate reasons and explanations.
- Fully aware of new products as per the instructions given by Management.
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performance sales and operations by monitoring the performances of each department of the respective branch-like Front office /Counselling /Back office (CRE/CRO) /accounts, team leader, assistant Manager, Manager. (Regular checks required here – analyze drawbacks like not attending client or client waiting, counseling for a long time, and not getting registered.
The Manager’s key role is to help an organization meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. Individuals will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.
Qualifications and Skills
Should be a graduate in any stream.
Experienced (in same field) candidate will be preferred.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasing Personality.
