Responsibilities and Duties
- The Admission officer will be responsible for documentations, eligibility checks and Application Filing of enrolled students.
- Must have experience in processing application for Canada Colleges/Universities.
- Coordinate with counsellors for profile assessment.
- Should have knowledge of the checklist as per the requirement.
- Check and verify the documents and eligibility of each application before processing the same.
- Liaising with the Counsellors and support them with completing the application process for their students.
- Coordination with the college/university for routine matters.
- Learn Company’s CRM portal and use it efficiently for all routine activities.
- Regularly update the status of all students and applications into CRM.
- Maintain the MIS and reports.
Desired Profile
- Should be a graduate in any stream.
- 1-2 yr experience in the Canada Admissions lodgment will be preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of eligibility requirements of colleges and universities in Canada.
- Must have knowledge about file lodgment process & requirement of Canada and have lodged files on various admission portals.
- Good written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
- B.COM, BBA Freshers with good communication skills can also apply for Admission Executive Role.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
