Job Responsibilities

• To interpret the scheme to the students / volunteers and create awareness about the NSS/NCC Programs.
• To select or adopt the village/slum for service projects on the basis of utility and feasibility
• To administer the NSS/NCC Program undertaken by Volunteers
• Evaluation and follow-up work
• Establish a mechanism and strategy to engage employees
• Develop and author an annual ISR report that provides clear direction on strategy, delivery and performance
• Act as the main point of contact for university in the community
• Manage ISR assessment and consulting engagements
• Developing, managing and altering social responsibility policies
• Working on university branding strategies with the ISR activities

Competencies

• The Manager will be responsible for the organization of NSS / NCC / ISR Unit, implementation of NSS / NCC / ISR Programs under the supervision and direction of the Head and Director- Department of Students’ Welfare. He / She will responsible to carry out the instructions issued by the program Coordinator of the Directorate, NSS Regional Centre and State Liaison Officer for the implementation of NSS activities as per the NSS Manual / Programs, guidelines or administrative or policy directives issued by the Government.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• good knowledge of excel

Minimum Graduation required.

Minimum 5 years of experience Required.
