Job Description:

  • Student Recruitment and Admissions Services (SRAS) is responsible for ensuring the University can recruit and admit high quality students to its programs from a wide range of markets internationally.
  • Assisting the Country managers in their visit to Achieve year target.
  • Every Day Reporting to HOD

Key Responsibilities:
1) Mainly responsible for the backend operations of the international admissions department including
a) Eligibility verification

  • Handling the backend team for:
  • Application processing for offer letters
  • Application processing for admission letters
  • External communication with the students, parents for the inquiries & other assistance
  • Ensuring the lead follow-up by the backend team through WhatsApp, emails, calls & maintaining a proper records for the everyday activities performed by the respective team members.

b) Record maintenance for all the applications- country wise, source wise & discipline wise
c) Providing daily, weekly & monthly reports
d) Ensuring the smooth reporting of the students on campus
e) Inter-departmental coordination for
i) Admission processing
ii) Students & agent accounts
iii) Time-to time issues reported by the students

Knowledge and Experience:
1. Should have minimum 5 years of experience in the International admissions
2. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the admissions process.
3. Proven highly-developed oral and written communication skills, including the ability to make effective
presentations and produce high quality written documents and reports.
4. Demonstrated effective cross-cultural communication skills.
5. Proven interpersonal and liaison skills in building effective collaborative working relationships with various
external stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated initiative and drive and the ability to work constructively both independently and with present
functional consultants.

Qualifications:
1. A university bachelor degree with extensive demonstrated knowledge about Offered programs by the
University
2. Sound Knowledge of advanced Excel & prior experience/ knowledge of MIS.
