• Making a budget then proposing it to the higher authorities and providing the best media to the University from the approved budget.
• Understanding team requirements for branding in their respective areas and helping them in getting Admissions done in the University.
• Sharing media proposals with the team to choose the best media from it, then selecting the best package for Admission Campaigns.
• Dealing & Negotiating PAN India’s Indoor and Outdoor Media Vendors for Branding for Admission Campaign.
• Provide purchase order to the Vendors and dealing with Accounts Department for Vendor’s payment (Advance & Instalments) and making a ledger for keeping record.
• Taking approval for creatives and videos from the seniors and then providing it to the Vendors for Execution.
• Executing the work within a specific time duration.
• Providing suitable and updated designs to the team for PAN India CU offices.
• Proposing and installing new outdoor sites (Unipoles & Wall Wraps) after dealing with Land/Site Owners and paying rent to them on monthly/yearly basis
• Good knowledge of printing material & Market Prices (Flex /One Way Vision / Acrylic Board/ Glow Sign Board etc.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in same field.
• Project management and supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum graduation required.

Minimum 1 years of experience required.
