CertifyOS is an API-first, UI-agnostic, end-to-end provider network management platform for credentialing, monitoring, licensing, provider health plan enrollment, and provider sourcing. About the role
:

We are looking for our next core team member to join the Payor Enrollment team! You will play an integral part in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of network enrollment applications. As an employee joining the ground floor of this early-stage start-up, you’ll play a key role in helping to design and execute the infrastructure of this growing team. This is a fully remote role and will report to the Senior Lead of Payor Enrollment.


What you’ll do
:

  • Manage the team’s completion and submission of enrollment applications to various health plans
  • Maintain documentation and reporting regarding enrollment applications in the process
  • Retain records related to completed enrollment applications
  • Interact professionally with customers and health plan representatives to provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries and concerns regarding enrollment applications
  • Respond professionally to customers’ inquiries regarding the status of enrollment applications
  • Collaborate with leadership and teammates on process improvement
  • Lead and/or actively participate in client and departmental meetings


What you’ll need
:

  • 3+ years of healthcare experience. Preferably in the contracting of credentialing space
  • 1+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with practical time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize throughout the day as workflow changes
  • Experience in hospital privileging a plus
