We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coach to join our team. The Sales Coach will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the skills of our sales team, driving performance, and maximizing revenue generation opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales coaching, a deep understanding of sales methodologies, and a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their fullest potential.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5 year of training experience
- Experience in these industry will be preferable – FMCG/ FMCD, At least BSFI Insurance, Machines, Hard Appliances, Home Appliances, ACC Cements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with sales representatives to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and deliver customized training programs to address specific skill gaps and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales managers to establish performance goals and create action plans for individual team members.
- Utilize various coaching techniques to motivate, inspire, and empower sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance coaching strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of coaching initiatives through performance metrics and feedback mechanisms.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to sales representatives to ensure consistent improvement and development.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for the sales team, embodying the company’s values and culture.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales coaching or training, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and metrics.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
