Roles and Responsibilities
To strategize for canvassing students for the right choice of Vocational Course.
To find out the Target market for the short term vocational course (Paid)
Responsible for leading admissions in the center and making the batch.
Compiling MIS reports and submission to HO as per schedule.
Ensuring quality of training and 80% placements of students
Ensuring submission of PDCs as per the timelines
Support in Mobilization/Batch Creation
Conducting regular feedback from batches
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with min. 3 yrs experience in student enrollment for batch creation of Vocational Training Course or
Experience in running education, coaching, computer courses, competitive examination preparation institute
Ability to lead team under all circumstances.
Liasioning skills/Networking Skills
Good Communication, counselling and presentation skills.
Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
