The following are the work responsibilities or duties for you at the preschool subject to change at the discretion of the Director As a preschool teacher for the Euphoric Kids you will have to1 Look after the day-today functioning of your section 2 To develop both long- and short-term lesson plans based on the curriculum and philosophy of the daycare center 3 You have to assess developmental growth of the children 4 Maintain a record of the child s growth and keep parents up to date -communicating with parents must be the routine part of the teacher s job 5 Routine record keeping such as attendance is the lead teacher s responsibility As you keep the records you must keep in mind the information is confidential 6 Supervision and monitoring the children at all times to ensure safety 7 You might provide diverse basic care needs including supplying proper nutrition performing cleaning duties and dealing with behavioral issues 8 Monitor the performance of all the students on a weekly and monthly basis 9 Allocate and set targets for students on weekly basis and keep an eye on their achievements 10 Prepare lessons that meet educational requirements in an age-appropriate manner and teach in a manner suitable for the ages of all participating students 11 Prepare lesson plans for students according to the age developmental maturity and needs of the children being taught while including fundamental vocabulary simple shapes basic colors letters and numbers into the curriculum 12 Address basic interpersonal skills such as sharing taking turns and asking permission in the classroom13 Set weekly or monthly timetable to be followed for the syllabus completion test series and other activities conducted from time to time in the preschool 14 Manage a busy classroom environment and provide the structure and discipline required for successful learning for everyone in the classroom 15 Provide helpful feedback to parents and guardians on a regular or as-needed basis 16 Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and other supplementary assistance 17 Collaborate with other teachers instructors and staff members to create an optimal learning and care environment 18 Take parent- Students feedback and the problems faced by various students on a regular basis and the solution to such problems should be given in a timely manner with proper discussion with the various stake holders The solution should be such that the vision mission and the reputation of the preschool have to be maintained at all the time The same have to be reported to the Director and then conveyed to the concerned party 19 Keep yourself updated with the latest knowledge how can you enroll more students in your preschool and come up with strategies to minimize the expenses and maximize profit of preschool 20 Coming up with new ideas and discussions on a monthly basis regarding the development of the given section and growth of the preschool in all aspects 21 Counseling of students to be on need basis and help them in improving performance 22 Report to the Director directly with all the relevant data for the responsibilities above mentioned whenever the need arises or asked to be submitted the same 23 Please maintain a diary with daily weekly and monthly summery of the important work you have handled which will be reviewed by the Director on monthly basis or whenever the need arises Job Types Full-time Part-time FresherPart-time hours 36 per weekSalary 5 000 00 – 15 000 00 per monthSchedule Day shiftFlexible shiftMorning shiftSupplemental Pay Performance bonusYearly bonusExperience total work 1 year Preferred Language english Required Speak with the employer 91 7888000990Expected Start Date 13 06 2022
